Why would I see a mental health practitioner?

There can be many different reasons for seeing a therapist:

  • You want to know what are your Character Strength’s and utilize them to achieve a happier life.
  • You are tired of living a life that feels both hollow and empty (languishing) and seek to flourish as a human being.
  • You want to work on your personal development and achieve optimal functioning.
